National Tourism Accreditation Program is an industry-based initiative
designed to establish a benchmark for tourism businesses to become
recognised providers of a standardised level of quality.
Program criteria requires all businesses to document a system of
management practices in order ensure that all the services and products
offered are reliable, consistent and predictable, resulting in customer
confidence and satisfaction.
Accredited Tourism Businesses are easily identified by the distinctive
'tick on a star' logo.
